You can have your best sushi experience ever in Tokyo, but the good joints can be hard to find. Take Sushi Aoki, one of the few sushi restaurants rewarded with a Michelin star. When you finally find the block in Ginza, you still have to figure out that you enter through an unmarked door behind this chopstick store, then climb the stairs of the apartment building and enter through the curtains on the second floor. But trust me, if you find it you will be rewarded with some of Tokyo's best sushi.
